KAO in Management Information System
This week, we have a presentation about what we learning last meeting. In my group, I and Elvira will presented KAO’s organization on how they get their market analysis, their value chain, their core competence and in the end on how management information system help them in their business. I and Elvira already make the paper, that is why now I will only cite a little bit about the paper that I already made. In their industry analysis, KAO mostly have high criteria in all of their points. This caused by KAO mostly produce dairy product that can be imitated by mostly all the organization that produce the same product like KAO, for instance, Unilever as the main rival of the KAO organization. Consequently, many substitute products (Surf, Kotex, Mammy Poko) can be found beside KAO products (Attack, Merries, Laurier).
