I would like to apply for the Operation Manager (mimi) advertised in VIP Discount Indonesia's website. 

I already had an experience working 1 year in EY (Earnst and Young) as the assistant operation manager in my internship program, at the last 3 month. I had good communication skill, remembering things quickly, and I can speak in many languages not only Indonesia and English but also in Chinese and Japanese. 

I just finished my bachelor degree at President University in Management and Human Resource management concentration program. I am self motivated, critical-thinking, and can work well whether it is under team or individual and under pressure. I am very interesting in the organizational development such as budgeting and calculate for the cost of the company. With my last experience, I am sure that I can work effectively and efficiently in your company.

    Hi Vicky,

    Just to make it brief and straightforward, I personally think that it should be Human Resource Recruiter, not Recruitment because it is a person.

    Your points are well-delivered anyway. It is easy to read and understand.
    And last, it is amazing that you can speak 4 languages O.O ahh you should become my teacher! 😂 it is good that you put your strength on the CL because it makes you seem interesting to approach.

    Hi, Vicky~ Firstly, I would like to give you compliment towards your cover letter which is very short and clear enough. You added several strength and elaborate enough. Need to be noticed that the first greeting, "Dear Human Resources Recruitment" it does not necessary to write it that way since it is already addressed to the department. Perhaps you may change it with "Dear, Sir/Mam". Besides, the words "I look forward for the replay" should be aligned at the left. Also, please show your ambition because when I read it, I felt swift. Those are what I can comment, overall you are great!!! :) :D Keep improving

    Hi Victoria. I have read your cover letter and I think it is well organized. However, the "HR Recruitment" in addressing your cover letter is not suitable. You can change with "HR Manager" or "HR Director" because it represents someone. Overall, it is good. Goodjob, Victoria. Keep improving!

    Your cover letter is good. Since you don't have organization experience but you focus on your skills (can speak 4 languange). it will be more convincing if you add the reason why you want to apply in this company. Good job !
