1st Meeting in Management Information System (MIS) class with Mr. Roy Poan

it's been a long time since the last time I post something in my blog

well, today I want to post about what have I learned in the first meeting of MIS class with Mr. Roy Poan.. hope it will be useful to all of you :D

Today we learned about the terminology of MIS and it's function to the management. This session is open with a question what is MIS? MIS has a correlation with organization, management and technology. The world has changed to b a technological world. Hence, management should know all of it's changing and collect all the data in order to take the best decision making. Globalization, technology, organization, factory, office, etc are examples that changed the world today. In the other side, by gathering the data, an organization can understanding the habit of the environment or the market, by collecting the data from the change at once can correct the strategy of the business. Here, the result of MIS are innovation of new product, business can analyze the cost and increase the profit in the end. As the conclusion, MIS is a tool used by the organization to make a decision for the good of sustainability of the organization.

Essay

First Paragraph I like to do several things when it comes to what people said as "free time". First of all , I like reading. Due to my passion since I was in Junior High School, especially in the second grade, I am starting to read a C hristian book. In the first place, it is just to fill my free time. But, as the time goes by, I become addict to read and up until now, I still read at least 1 book in a month . Second , I also like cooking. Since I was 6, my mother had told me that a girl should go to the kitchen and cook! by that command, I usually help my mom everyday.
